Adveq flight miles offset by myclimate contribution

Corporate travel is one of the main areas where Adveq strives to implement an environmentally sound way of doing business. Adveq’s employees are asked to adapt their behavior and reduce travel to the necessary by, for example, using the firm’s state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities, by planning trips well and by combining meetings at the same destination. Private equity being a people business, some travel is nevertheless vital for a successful operation of the company. In order to offset CO2 emissions from air travel, all of Adveq’s flight miles are offset by a contribution to the non-profit foundation myclimate, one of the world's leading providers of voluntary carbon offsetting measures. Besides offering carbon offsetting measures, myclimate also creates carbon assessments and raises awareness for climate change and climate protection in climate education projects.
